Overview

Players were able to experience this dramatic music as we played movements 1, 4 and 5. 

TuttiFrom the the play through on Friday evening to the final performance on Sunday afternoon, there was the usual amazing improvement as we responded to the expert and sympathetic tutoring of NZSO tutors on the Saturday.

Brass and 3 tutors
The brass was divided into horns, lower brass (trombone and tuba) and trumpet for
sectional tutoring. Here are the 3 sections in a combined brass play through.

Cellos
From the other side, especially of the cellos. There were a number of younger players
 taking part in the weekend, and we are grateful to the Bear Trust for sponsoring their
