Featuring music by Czech composers Smetana and Dvorak. The concert opens with Dvorak's stirring Festival March followed by the moving Adagio movement from Symphony no 8.  Smetana's Symphonic Poem "Die Moldau", which describes the many moods of this river as it travels from the Bohemian Forest to Prague, will be a highlight.  In the second half there is Smetana's brilliant brass Fanfare and the concert finishes with Dvorak's Czech Suite.
