This
concert is part of St James Church Organ Festival. Our
soloist is Jonathan Berkahn, organist and choirmaster at St James
Church. Jonathan studied organ and harpsichord and has
performed with many ensembles and soloists around New Zealand. Among
the pieces in this varied concert, there will be some combining
orchestra and organ, including movement 1 of Rheinberger's Organ Concerto, solo
organ pieces and the orchestra will play the last movement of Dvorak's
Symphony no 9 - From the New World.
