Outdoor Concert in Dowse Square

In front of the Dowse Art Gallery, Central Lower Hutt.

This event will be part of "Summer in Dowse Square", a series of Free Lunchtime performances sponsored by the Hutt City Council. At the inaugural even last year, people could eat their lunch in the square while listening to the music. There was also members of the Art Society active, as well as events inside the Dowse. We will be notable for having tents. The musicians can get wet, but instruments hate sun and water.
