Outdoor Concert in Dowse Square

Saturday 31st January, 2015, 12 - 1 pm

In front of the Dowse Art Gallery, Central Lower Hutt.

This event was part of "Summer in Dowse Square", a series of Free Lunchtime performances sponsored by the Hutt City Council. It was introduced by the mayor who then listened while having his portrait painted. Members of the Hutt Art group were part of the audience.
